Cancellation and Refund Policy
A full refund of paid registration fees will be issued to those who cancel their registration for a course, as long as they notify the Registration Office at least 22 calendar days in advance of the course’s start date.
A full refund of paid registration, less a $100 cancellation feel, will be issued to those who cancel their registration for a course, if they notify the Registration Office 8 to 21 calendar days in advance of the course’s start date.
No refund will be made for cancellations within 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start of a course or event.

Registration Policies for All Students
- Missed Classes: The days and times of all classes are fixed, and classes are regarded as consecutive. If you miss a scheduled class, it will be considered attended, no exceptions.
- Make-up/Compensatory/Rescheduled Classes: The school does not offer any substitutes for lessons or classes missed because of conflicts, travel out of town, family emergency, etc. or illness.
- Class Credit: No credit will be given for missed classes.
- Trial/Demo Lesson: The school does not offer trial or demo lessons.
- Auditing: Auditing of classes is not permitted. Anyone attending a class must pay for it and is expected to participate.
- Recording: Live recording of lectures is not permitted without permission. Audio files on certain topics are provided by the school.
- School holiday: 24–27 December.
- Grounds for Suspension and/or Expulsion: Using profanity, disruption of class, or displays of disrespect toward staff or other students will result in suspension and/or expulsion.
- Expulsion: Expulsion will result in tuition fees being forfeited.
- Arguing in Class: Please don’t argue with your professor or fellow students during class regarding issues not related to the Arabic language. Arguing only irritates and annoys others, takes up class time, and slows learning.
- Textbook: Textbooks and/or other materials that a student has purchased for the class are not refundable.
- Cash Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds. Even if you pay with cash, your refund will be by check.
- Gift Certificates: A gift certificate expires 180 days after the date of purchase. Once it expires, you will no longer be able to reactivate it or use it.
